A selection from our talent pool. We’ll match availability to your request.
Compare gross salary plus additional costs with our all-in rate, for the same number of productive hours. You can adjust all assumptions.
Example amounts, not fixed employer percentages. Enter the costs for your role.
At 45 productive weeks per year.
57% lower staffing costs with this input.
View the current talent poolThe comparison is about costs, not a guarantee of the same output. You still onboard and manage your colleague yourself. Our price promise applies to a proposal based on an equivalent role and full local employer costs.
We convert the gross monthly salary to the chosen number of hours. Holiday pay and employer costs are added as separate percentages of that gross salary. The monthly costs for workspace, equipment and other costs stay the same per employee.
Your local annual costs are divided by the number of productive hours: hours per week × productive weeks. For Remote Talents we calculate that same number of hours × the chosen all-in rate. Paid holiday and absence reduce the number of productive weeks; we don’t add the salary for those on top of the costs again.
This is an indication of recurring staffing costs. Taxes, tax effects, one-off costs and your own management time are not included. Percentages and costs vary by situation. The starting values are based on a typical Dutch employee; enter your own salary and employer costs for your country.
From junior to senior. These are some of the large organisations that candidates from our talent pool have worked for. We also place plenty of talent with experience at smaller companies and startups.

Jill started in sales support and discovered that phone contact suits her well. She prefers to work with a clearly defined target audience and a call script that she can sharpen together with the sales team. After a call, she records what is going on, who makes the decision and which next step has been agreed.
Thomas has experience selling software subscriptions and business services to SMEs. He can turn an initial enquiry into a proposal and stays involved in the follow-up. For technical questions he involves a product specialist, so that the commitments in a quotation remain feasible.
Mark grew from account management into leading a sales team. His experience is with service providers where many opportunities were in the CRM, but the follow-up was not always clear. He brings structure to sales stages, reviews live deals and coaches colleagues on their conversations. He stays personally involved in more complex proposals.
Casper is used to cold outreach for services that need explaining first. He opens a conversation with a concrete reason and asks follow-up questions before proposing an appointment. For him, an appointment is only useful once the sales team knows what the question is and why a follow-up conversation could be worthwhile.
Lisa keeps the preparatory work for a sales team in order. She checks prospect data, sets up appointments and finds out which quotations still need a response. She works with agreed next steps and brings in an account manager for substantive questions about price or contract.
Sophie has a background in online research and now supports outreach preparation. She finds companies that fit a target audience and verifies contact details before a list goes to sales. At handover she shows why a company is interesting, rather than just supplying names and email addresses.
Nick likes to work at the intersection of product advice and sales follow-up. He goes through enquiries, asks for missing information and prepares a proposal. In earlier roles he was also the point of contact between account management and order processing, so he knows well what information is needed at handover.
Robin combines a background in customer contact with experience in guiding software customers. The emphasis is on a good start, repeat usage and clear expectations. Robin routes problems to the right colleague and only discusses upgrades once it is clear what a customer needs.
Naomi supports the daily bookkeeping of small businesses. She books invoices and bank transactions, checks for missing information and prepares questions for the bookkeeper. When there are discrepancies, she looks up the underlying documents; final review and approval remain with the responsible finance employee.
Sanne works on compilation files for entrepreneurs and small private limited companies (BVs). She checks whether the books reconcile, investigates unclear items and prepares figures for an accountant to review. She is used to asking customers specific questions and recording the answers with the right supporting evidence in the file.
Daniel has experience with financial closings at internationally operating companies. He connects the figures from the ERP with practical reports for management and budget holders. Besides preparing reports, he pays attention to reconciliations and explanations: which entries are still missing, and why does a result deviate?
Elise likes it when open items and agreements made are clear. She combines maintaining the accounts receivable ledger with friendly, consistent customer contact. When a payment is overdue, she first finds out whether there is an invoice query or an agreed payment date behind it.
Demi has worked with both supplier ledgers in SAP and invoice processing at an accounting firm. She checks whether an invoice matches the order and goods receipt, and investigates differences in a targeted way. She prepares payment proposals and makes sure the required approvals are recorded.
Vincent grew from reporting and controlling into coordinating a finance team. He deals with cash flow, closings and the division of responsibilities. His experience is with growing companies where processes are not equally developed everywhere. He can bring structure without setting up a new process for every exception.
Mila supports entrepreneurs who have many customer appointments and recurring admin. She sorts the inbox according to agreed priorities, schedules appointments and keeps the related information up to date. For questions that need substantive decisions, she makes a short action list for the client.
Emma is used to managing calendars where customer appointments, travel and internal meetings come together. She checks in advance which documents and attendees are needed and follows up on actions after a meeting. When things change, she keeps everyone involved informed and updates the latest travel and meeting information.
Charlotte supports executives who work with multiple teams and time zones. She brings calm to complex calendars and makes sure decision points and confidential documents end up in the right place. In earlier roles she also supported projects alongside regular executive support work. She agrees in advance which matters she may handle independently and which need permission first.
Anna helps with practical matters that come back every week. She works from clear agreements about the inbox, calendar and document folders. This makes her a good fit for an entrepreneur who wants to decide the content themselves, but is happy to hand over the organising, scheduling and chasing up.
Lotte has experience in the daily operations of online service providers. She follows up on actions between customer contact, planning and delivery and likes to see information findable in one place. When something gets stuck, she first gathers the missing information and sends a targeted question to the right colleague.
Marloes combines management support with organising internal projects. She has experience with meeting cycles, report preparation and keeping track of agreements made. She gathers information from various colleagues, brings it together and flags what is still missing. Financial or policy decisions remain with the responsible manager.
Julia has experience with content for home accessories and smaller online stores. She likes to work from a content plan: which products get attention, which imagery is available and what needs updating on the website? She can format a basic visual and newsletter herself and puts substantive choices to the marketer or entrepreneur.
Daan manages paid campaigns for companies that want to generate enquiries or online sales. He looks at the route from ad to landing page to measurement point, so that reports are not only about clicks. He discusses hypotheses and test results with the client and coordinates website changes with a developer.
Eva has a background in both hands-on marketing and developing a marketing approach for growing companies. She starts with target audience, proposition and commercial goals and translates these into choices for content and campaigns. She can give a team direction, but can also work out a brief or campaign plan herself. Her experience is mainly in business services.
Amber creates short, practical content for social media. She can turn a topic into a post or simple video and takes the brand style and channel into account. She also has experience with community questions, so she sees which topics keep coming back in comments and private messages.
Jesse combines writing with working out what visitors are trying to find. He creates content briefs, updates existing pages and checks that the content logically matches the search intent. For technical problems he describes what he finds and agrees the solution with development. His experience is with business websites and online stores.
Elena has worked on email marketing for both online stores and business services. For online stores she uses Klaviyo; for B2B programmes she has experience with HubSpot. She thinks in segments and touchpoints and tests content, triggers and exclusions before a campaign goes live. She discusses the customer data used and the sending agreements with the responsible team.
Shanice has experience in the back office of a small trading company. She processes data, tracks down missing documents and checks that an order is complete before it moves on. She likes working with a fixed checklist and flags anything unclear rather than filling in missing information herself.
Roshni knows the route from a customer enquiry to quote, order and invoice. She has worked in teams where sales and administration use different systems and keeps the handover clear. She checks data, follows up on questions to customers or suppliers and makes sure colleagues can find the latest status.
Laura has grown from order administration to coordinating a back office. She doesn’t just monitor individual files; she also looks at the agreements the team works by. Think of distributing incoming work, recording exceptions and checking information for reports. She is used to trying out improvements on a small scale with colleagues first.
Anjali processes orders for an online shop and is used to product variants, addresses and changes needing to be exactly right. She investigates an irregular order before it goes to fulfilment. For delivery queries, she keeps the customer and the responsible colleague informed with the information available.
Merel has experience scheduling service appointments and processing changes during the day. She looks at available capacity, travel time and the information a field team needs. She doesn’t just adjust the schedule; she also confirms the change and records what was agreed with the customer.
Rakesh has a background in project administration for technical and business service providers. He brings together hours, purchasing and project agreements and flags when information is missing for invoicing or progress reporting. He is used to investigating differences with project managers and keeping the supporting evidence easy to find in the file.
Jayden has experience handling customer queries for an online provider of everyday consumer products. He switches between phone, email and WhatsApp and records what has already been discussed. For returns or invoice queries, he works to the agreed guidelines and brings in a colleague when an exception is needed.
Fleur helps with customer queries that need more investigation than a standard answer. She has experience with delivery problems, returns and exceptions in e-commerce. Solutions that come up more often she adds to the knowledge base, so colleagues use the same information. She has also onboarded new support colleagues.
Miguel has grown from a service desk into investigating more complex user problems. He gathers the steps to reproduce an error, checks what has already been tried and documents the outcome. When development is needed, he submits a report with enough context to continue the search. His experience is in business software and internal IT support.
Levi supports the customer service of an online shop and likes working with clear return and delivery agreements. He looks up an order, records the query and stays in touch while an answer from the warehouse is still pending. His experience is with email, chat and WhatsApp, with Shopify as the source for order information.
Aisha is used to conversations where a customer is dissatisfied and needs clarity first. She looks up the contact history, asks the right follow-up question and keeps an eye on the agreed solution. As well as handling complaints, she helps improve response texts and spot recurring causes.
Benjamin has experience guiding users of online services. He makes complicated features easy to understand with a short explanation or screen recording and checks that the customer can move forward. His work touches support and onboarding: solving questions, encouraging usage and passing useful feedback back to the product team.
Carlo has experience building out interfaces from an existing design. He builds components, checks different screen widths and incorporates feedback from code reviews. He fits well in a team where an experienced developer oversees the technical direction and he can independently deliver well-defined parts.
Tim develops web applications in which users enter data, retrieve it and exchange it with other systems. He can work on both the Laravel backend and the Vue interface. His experience is in customer portals and operational applications, with attention to clear error messages, access rights and testing changes.
Jeroen combines software development with making business data usable. He first worked on reports and database queries and then moved on to building more data integrations and Python applications. He can translate a question from operations or finance into a data model and dashboard, including checks on the completeness and traceability of the figures.
Adrian builds and maintains WordPress websites from an existing structure or brief. He builds out pages in Elementor, adjusts the layout and checks forms and navigation after a change. For more complex code problems or server questions, he consults the responsible developer.
Kevin focuses on the backend of web platforms. He works on API endpoints, data storage and permissions, and documents his choices so colleagues can continue from there. In earlier projects, he has also done maintenance and incident analysis. As a result, he looks not only at a working feature, but also at logging, tests and predictable behaviour when errors occur.
Oliver started with functional testing and now mainly works on test automation for web applications. He uses that foundation to decide what is worth automating and which checks still need manual attention. His experience with Playwright comes from the later stage of his career. He discusses test coverage, flaky tests and release findings with the development team.
Andrea supports simple automations around forms, CRM and spreadsheets. She builds from a clear process description and uses test data to check that the steps do what was agreed. She is also used to tracing an error: which record came in, which step got stuck and what should a colleague check?
Lars has four years of experience in process automation, including the last two with AI applications. He first maps out the input, exceptions and desired outcome and then builds the workflow. For AI steps, he uses test examples and a review step where needed, for example before generated information goes to a customer.
Bram has eight years of experience with Python, data processing and integrations. Over the last three years, more work with n8n and AI steps has been added. He likes being involved in processes spanning multiple systems, where error handling and maintenance matter as much as the first working version. He documents which data is processed and who needs to be able to step in when something fails.
Emilie builds simple internal applications for teams that work with many separate forms and spreadsheets. She lays out data and screens clearly and tests with the users whether the way of working is right. She likes working on a well-defined application, such as a request overview or internal customer file.
Tom has experience setting up CRM processes for marketing and sales. He first maps out who owns a lead and when an action should start or stop. Then he sets up workflows and notifications. He also watches for exceptions, such as duplicate records, missing fields and customers who are already speaking with another colleague.
Sebastian has nine years of development experience, including the last three years with AI integrations. Before that, he mainly built APIs and integrations for business processes. He turns an AI prototype into an application with logging, tests and access control. He pays attention to what happens with incomplete input, incorrect answers or an unavailable external service.
Zoë creates visual content within an existing brand identity. She has experience with social posts, ad variants and presentations for small businesses. She works from a brief, keeps files organised and incorporates feedback into clear versions. For short videos, she can handle simple editing, text and subtitles.
Lotte designs both digital materials and print and is used to translating a brief into a coherent set of assets. She also looks at the practical delivery: format, file type, finish and usability for the next colleague. Her experience ranges from campaign visuals and brochures to simple web visuals.
Rafael combines editing with motion design for interviews, product videos and ads. He helps shape the structure of a story and makes versions for different channels. His experience also includes colour correction and preparing material for a next editor. In feedback rounds, he works with clear timecodes and versions.
Isabel has experience polishing existing designs. She checks text, images, margins and file settings and processes corrections carefully. She likes working with recurring publications and templates, where consistency matters more than coming up with a new design every time.
Jade designs interfaces for websites and customer portals. She starts with the steps a user needs to be able to complete and develops them into wireframes and a visual design. She also has experience building simple pages in Webflow. For custom software, she aligns components, interactions and edge cases with developers.
Leon develops visual identities and translates them into assets a team can keep using. His experience is with service providers and consumer brands that want to sharpen their look and feel. He works from the brand story and target audience and records design choices in practical guidelines. Besides the concept, he can also develop the first applications and templates.
Paolo develops drawings from supplied sketches and instructions. He has experience with floor plans, simple elevations and revisions in AutoCAD. He checks dimensions and file versions against the brief and raises anything unclear with the responsible draughtsperson or engineer.
Ravindra has experience with architectural Revit models for residential construction and smaller commercial projects. He develops components, processes comments and checks how disciplines fit together. During model checks, he records any differences found and agrees which change is needed. He is used to fixed agreements on model structure, naming and delivery.
Sander develops technical designs for mechanical engineering and manufacturing. He looks at dimensions, components and the information a supplier needs to make something. He has experience with both modelling and managing revisions and bills of materials. He coordinates design changes with the responsible engineer and the suppliers involved.
Quincy supports the development of architectural drawings. He can turn a supplied design into floor plans and elevations, and he processes feedback in successive revisions. In Revit he has experience with simple model adjustments under supervision. He likes to keep track of what has changed and which comments are still open.
Adam develops drawings and models for building services installations. He coordinates routes, connections and changes with engineers and other drafters. His experience lies in detailing and checking models and drawing packages; he receives the technical starting points from the project team. He records bottlenecks so it is clear where coordination is needed.
Wesley has experience developing physical products from first model to technical documentation. He contributes ideas on materials, parts and assembly, and processes feedback from prototype reviews. He combines 3D modelling with the information an engineer or supplier needs to assess a proposal further.
Noa supports project managers who oversee several assignments at the same time. She keeps track of schedules, minutes and actions, and follows up in good time on anything that is missing. She is used to working with people who are not all in the same location, and she summarises changes so the team knows what the next step is.
Maarten guides digital projects from defining the scope of the assignment through to delivery. He translates wishes into a workable schedule and shows which choices affect scope or budget. He is used to coordinating between clients, designers and developers, and keeps track of decisions and open dependencies.
Ruben has experience coordinating teams and improving operational processes. He looks at how capacity, workload and agreed service levels fit together. He helps team leaders make bottlenecks visible and chooses improvements together with the people who do the work. His background is in growing service providers with recurring client processes.
Nora supports the administration and communication around projects. She makes sure minutes, action lists and the latest documents are in the right place. She likes working with fixed formats and follows up with the responsible colleague on missing progress information, so a project manager does not have to collect separate updates.
Sam has experience leading customer contact teams. The focus is on a workable daily schedule, good answers and making bottlenecks easy to discuss. Sam reviews tickets and conversations with colleagues and turns recurring questions into concrete working agreements or additions to the knowledge base.
Wouter started in project coordination and now guides the delivery of digital products involving multiple teams. He makes dependencies and decision points visible and helps teams keep agreements on planning and finished work clear. His role is mainly organising, coordinating and improving, with the substantive choices left to the product and technical owners.
Reshma processes product and customer data and checks that required fields are complete. She has experience cleaning up spreadsheets and comparing entries against a source file. When information conflicts, she raises a question, so that an uncertainty does not end up in the file as fact.
Nina recruits for roles at smaller companies and growing teams. She first discusses what a role requires in practice and translates that into a search profile.
